Narrative:
I completed the mandated endorsed training. I found the program very hard to use. It was difficult to find the training program I was supposed to complete. There was no explanation of what to do or what was required. The training itself was poor and confusing. What a waste of time! It was supposed to be about safety but I'm very confused and unsure about the new 'safety system.' once again management has totally screwed up a change in company procedures. Just in case there is still a misunderstanding let me restate my point: when you change a proceedure; all employee groups that are involved in said proceedure need to be retrained! The changes in the training have compromised safety; not improved it.
