Narrative:

I was assigned to perform the supplemental O2 oxygen date check on the duo-pak oxygen packs. I found one that was out of date. Upon opening it to change the oxygen canister I found the date on the canister did not match the date on the outside of the container. I also noticed that the black unlock button was exposed. I then inspected the remaining duo-pac units in the cabin and found all with a inspection date of october 2010; with the triggers unlocked.
