Narrative:
I was assigned the ETOPS [check] on a B-777 aircraft in july 2011. This aircraft also had a special items jobcard issued to it. The diagrams added to the last four sheets of the jobcard are verbatim from maintenance manual (MM) chapter 12-21-14-31 and contain too much information. This leads to confusion and conflicts with the written [instructions] language in the jobcard. According to the table on page-3 [of the jobcard]; only 11 zerk [grease] fittings are to be serviced in each gear. Yet; five zerks are shown in the diagrams which are not required to be serviced. Furthermore; the diagram on page-4 shows nine details [areas to be focused on]; of which only details 'left' and 'I' are applicable. To make matters worse details 'C' and 'D' on page-5; are shown nowhere in the [landing] gear breakdown.
