Narrative:
I was the pilot flying when we got a Y hydraulic lo (yellow hydraulic system low) warning per ECAM. We followed the procedure; advised maintenance control; spoke with dispatch; declared an emergency and diverted where the captain landed uneventfully. We pulled off the runway and stopped while crash fire rescue equipment inspected the aircraft and advised they saw fluid under the #2 engine without any signs of fire. We were then towed into the gate.
