Narrative:

The final approach was on localizer and on glide path from LOM in. Bug speed plus one half the wind. T/D was smooth and on right main gear with 3-5 degree right bank. Immediately the left wing rose very rapidly. I corrected with left aileron. Remainder of rollout was normal. After passenger deplaned, the gate agent informed us that there was a scratch on the #8 led there was a wide body jet on the parallel taxiway near T/D point. Wind 120 10-15. I believe that jet blast may have contributed to sudden wind change or wind shift. I should have been aware of possible sudden wind shift and carried extra speed for quicker aileron response. The damage was minor. A scraped led and flap track guide. My pride will take far longer to mend. Supplemental information from acn 96512. After a missed approach, our second approach was completely normal. Approximately speed was approach speed plus or minus 3 KTS.
