Narrative:
At approximately 90 KTS we got a master caution; takeoff warning horn; and the captain's flight instruments failed. Reduced thrust to idle slowed and turned off the runway. We announced the reject to tower but we also lost the number one comm. [Once] off runway we assessed the situation switched to number two com and informed tower of our intent. The aircraft weight was approximately 111;000 pounds. Referenced brake cooling chart; cooling required approximately 38 minutes. [We] taxied to gate. Talked to maintenance about electrical problem; and asked them to check the brakes. The number 4 tire had gone flat due to the fuse plug melting; the brake was extremely hot. Talked to dispatch and maintenance control; got a different aircraft and continued on. Talked to maintenance control the next day; aircraft apparently had an anti-skid transducer bracket failure causing the wires to wrap around shorting out causing the electrical problem.

Title: B737-400 Captain reports rejecting the takeoff at 90 KTS after a master caution light; takeoff warning horn; and flight instrument failures. Maintenance discovers an anti-skid bracket failure which caused an electrical short and the cockpit indications reported.
