Departing bcn on runway 25L; max power for 5 knot tail wind; 15 flaps and tow of approximately 352;000 pounds; executed a high speed abort. The take off was rejected for visual and audible master warning indications with associated red 'configuration' and 'flap' EICAS message. Cleared runway; completed appropriate checklist items. Deplaned passengers via stairs. Notified dispatch via satcom. Signed logbook and turned aircraft over to maintenance.
