Narrative:
I was IFR; so had to squawk a transponder code to the ground when switching to local unicom. Approach control had reported a departing aircraft holding for me to land. I checked the AWOS; which reported winds favoring runway xx with about 6 KT wind; but I was on a right base [to land] runway yy. I landed and after about 100 ft of roll my left tire blew. We rolled down the runway and onto the grass about 10 ft from the runway. A mechanic came out and put a tire on after about 30 minutes and checked out the plane as ok for us to depart.
