Narrative:
Just below 10;000 ft on descent captain's nd went to map not available; all nav data was lost. Tried to manually tune the ord VOR in mcdu 1... Wait for response was displayed..VOR on nd was useless. All speeds dropped from the FMGC. There was no ECAM or other fault message. Later there was a pressurization ECAM regarding lost landing elevation data. The approach mode would not arm on either side on final approach. The weather was clear; we made a visual approach; manually set the landing elevation and landed without incident. In bad weather it could have been serious. The weather was clear.
