Narrative:
Flying the ILS 17L outbound course for the course reversal at gyi we had a near midair with another aircraft who was inbound on the ILS 17L. We had just switched over from ftw center to gyi tower and neither one had informed us of the aircraft being there.

Title: An NMAC at 2;700 FT on the GYI ILS 17L approach with an inbound Bonanza and an outbound SD3. Neither the Tower nor ZFW had advised of the inbound traffic.
Narrative: Flying the ILS 17L outbound course for the course reversal at GYI we had a near midair with another aircraft who was inbound on the ILS 17L. We had just switched over from FTW Center to GYI Tower and neither one had informed us of the aircraft being there.
