Narrative:
The YEAST1 departure out of ric appears to be incorrectly coded in the universal FMS database. There is a YEAST1 departure in the database; but it lacks the ric VOR; making it impossible to intercept the 264 degree radial to carml (since there's no leg to intercept). The ric VOR needs to be added to the SID definition prior to carml.

Title: EMB145 First Officer reports that the leg from RIC to CARML on the YEAST1 departure from RIC is not part of the procedure in his Universal FMS equipped aircraft.
Narrative: The YEAST1 departure out of RIC appears to be incorrectly coded in the Universal FMS database. There is a YEAST1 departure in the database; but it lacks the RIC VOR; making it impossible to intercept the 264 degree radial to CARML (since there's no leg to intercept). The RIC VOR needs to be added to the SID definition prior to CARML.
