Narrative:

Tower cleared us for take-off. The wind was less than 5 knots and within 20 degrees of runway heading. I advanced the throttles to the mct detent for a flex thrust take-off. The first officer called out '80 knots thrust set'. At approximately 100-110 knots; the aircraft swerved off centerline to the right. I corrected back toward centerline and looked at the engine instruments to find a split in the EPR settings. The #2 engine had rolled back. I aborted the take-off. The first officer did an excellent job of notifying tower and requesting the flight attendant's remain seated; while I kept the aircraft on centerline. We taxied back to the gate and wrote up the aircraft.
