Narrative:
Received a right rev unlocked caution message during takeoff at 125 KTS (V1 was 139 KTS). Continued takeoff. Complied with QRH. Did not feel any abnormal buffeting or yaw or performance degradation. Did not shut down the number two engine. Returned to the departure for an uneventful landing. Amended dispatch release with dispatch and called maintenance control to have a mechanic fix the aircraft. Declared emergency with ATC.

Title: A CRJ50 EICAS alerted R REV UNLOCKED at 125 KTS on takeoff and the Captain continued because the aircraft was performing normally but declared an emergency and returned to land.
