Narrative:
Captain and I heard a bang; I looked down and saw smoke coming from the captain's computer bag. I went on oxygen and switched the packs to high flow. The captain checked his bag and discovered his flashlight's lithium battery had exploded. Rest of the flight uneventful.

Title: A320 flight crew reports a lithium battery failure in a flashlight stored in the Captain's computer bag. The failure is announced by popping noises and smoke rising from the bag. Flashlight is placed on the floor for observation and flight continues to destination.
