Narrative:
Food came from ord kitchen; veg/avocado/onion/tomato. Also took two bites of my vegetarian meal and rest is food history. I got food poisoning 8-9 hours in flight; threw up in cockpit while waiting for gate. Felt better after vomiting. This happened few times; till food was out of system. Food poisoning: crew meal was the source. Saw doctor [who] told me it was food poisoning.
