Narrative:
The main and standby frequency ceased working. We were forced to use the buec. The buec does not provide coverage in the southern portion of the sector at or below 150. The soc has tried to fix the problem with no success. Controllers are working aircraft they cannot communicate with. This is an extremely unsafe condition. We need to get this frequency fixed as soon as possible. This is not the first time this has occurred.

Narrative: The main and standby frequency ceased working. We were forced to use the BUEC. The BUEC does not provide coverage in the southern portion of the sector at or below 150. The SOC has tried to fix the problem with no success. Controllers are working aircraft they cannot communicate with. This is an extremely unsafe condition. We need to get this frequency fixed as soon as possible. This is not the first time this has occurred.
