Narrative:
When flaps were selected beyond 15 degrees stayed at 15 degrees. Executed a go around; completed trailing edge flap disagree checklist in QRH; returned for uneventful flaps 15 landing. Left flaps at 15 degrees after landing and turned aircraft over to maintenance at gate.
