Narrative:
Air carrier X was a non-radar aircraft from svmi center to ZSU center. When the pilot checked in over zzzzz intersection at FL350; he told me they had an near midair collision with a air carrier Y over ZZZZZ1 intersection. Pilot asked me about the call sign of the air carrier Y traffic. I told him that I switched two air carrier Y to svmi center approximately 5 minutes ago. One of them was air carrier Y flight X at FL340 the other was a air carrier Y flight Y at FL360. Pilot told me that he had an near midair collision with air carrier Y flight X at FL340 when he was climbing to FL350 over ZZZZZ1 intersection; but that he reported the incident to svmi controllers. Recommendation; svmi controllers are not controllers; they just approve and pass estimates without traffic search. I had saved several conflicts between aircraft inside their airspace and they did nothing about it.
