Narrative:
At 1;200 ft put flap handle from 20 to 25; flaps stayed at 20 and [we] got te flap disagree EICAS and light. Put flap handle back to 20. Plane was stable; felt like it was at 20 flaps; set 20 flaps ref plus wind; flaps override switch to override. Assessed runway length and landed uneventfully. Wrote it up and radioed maintenance.

Title: A B757-200 flight crew reported trailing edge flaps stopped at 20 when 25 was selected on approach. They had a long runway ahead of them; so they continued to a landing after setting a new ref speed.
Narrative: At 1;200 FT put flap handle from 20 to 25; flaps stayed at 20 and [we] got TE FLAP Disagree EICAS and light. Put flap handle back to 20. Plane was stable; felt like it was at 20 flaps; set 20 flaps ref plus wind; Flaps Override switch to override. Assessed runway length and landed uneventfully. Wrote it up and radioed Maintenance.
