Narrative:
The flight time in the flight release was eight hours six minutes. We spent over an hour on the ground in egcc awaiting the final weight and balance. In flight; the first officer and I decided that we were too tired to continue the flight [to scheduled destination]. We diverted to bos. Either put an international relief officer on the flight or deal with flights occasionally diverting.
