Narrative:
[We were on a] VMC ruudy 2 departure. LNAV and VNAV engaged and approaching 1;500 ft MSL for initial level off restriction. Some bit of turbulence (maybe?) caused the yaw damper and autopilot to disconnect. We overshot the restriction prior to the 'cross at 1;500 ft MSL' requirement. During the correction we overshot the descent back to 1;500 ft MSL and finally corrected to 1;500 ft MSL prior to the crossing restriction. The airspeed was around 270 KTS IAS as the autothrottles didn't respond during the altitude corrections. Speed control became a factor and was corrected immediately to conform with requirements for altitude and airspace. No actual violations occurred during this event.

Title: G450 flightcrew reports exceeding altitude and speed requirements during the RUUDY3 with the autopilot engaged in LNAV and VNAV and autothrottles set for 200 KTS.
