Narrative:
24 international connecting bags were loaded into the aft cargo bin [of the aircraft we were to fly later in the day]. Upon arrival at an enroute stop; the ramp crew did not remove the bags from the aft cargo bin. As a result; the aircraft departed with 24 undocumented bags--an extra 720 pounds--in the aft cargo bin on its next leg. All takeoff; performance; and weight and balance data for the flight was computed with this error. This error was repeated on two more legs; the third of which is the flight we flew.with this error occurring on three consecutive flights; it is possible it may be a systematic issue. No one is checking the aft bins on our aircraft. My suggestion would be to load all gate checked and valet bags in the aft bin on all of our aircraft; while continuing with our current loading procedures for regular checked bags.
