Narrative:
We received a climb clearance above our filed FL240 and just forgot about our MEL restriction of FL250. The flight was completed normally. We didn't even realize our error until the return flight and the only thing that triggered that was when we were cleared to FL250 which reminded me of the restriction.forgetting is human nature and I am no more immune than another. Unfortunately; this time it resulted in a breach of a limitation. We flew the same aircraft all day yesterday without incident and today remembered the proper procedure to change the bleeds; just forgot about the altitude restriction.I do want to point out that while today is day four of the pairing it is only day four of six for me and I commute; so this trip is continuous. I was not in a rush to get home; in fact I'm on my way to the hotel now.the maintenance on the aircraft in the airline X system is slipping. Eight of 13 aircraft have mels on them that require crew action; sometimes significant and detailed crew action; i.e. The fuel quantity indicators. That is more than 60% of our fleet in ZZZ; not including the nefs [(not essential for flight) items]. If you want to include the nefs it would be all but one of the fleet.our crews are getting MEL fatigue.
