Narrative:
While conducting touch and goes at crp; the tower controller; on several occasions; changed clearances at unsafe times on our landing segment. I cannot stress enough how many times this happens while flying under the control of corpus tower; approach; even ground. I am a flight instructor here at the airport and get to experience corpus ATC's inexperience in flow control many times a day; every day. The controllers here are either too cautious with giving clearances or try to cut corners any way they can; no median what so ever. My suggestion is for corpus ATC to stop giving priority over to navy traffic. What this is doing is jeopardizing every one else's safety. I have been vectored into navy traffic; had landing and takeoff clearances changed because of navy traffic; and have almost been taxied directly into navy traffic. This has to be resolved to maintain an element of safety for the greater corpus area. An accident/incident will happen if something is not done about this.
