Narrative:
I was working the ckb sector; which works aircraft FL310 through FL350. Often this sector is combined with the sector above; ray which is FL360 and above. I had only been working for about 10 minutes. Gea flashed to hand off on an E145; at FL370; to me at ckb sector. I took the hand off; forgetting I was not combined with ray. Gea switched the aircraft to my frequency and it wasn't until the aircraft was about 10 miles into my airspace that I realized the aircraft should be being worked by ray and on that frequency.

Title: ZOB Controller described an airspace infraction when realizing; after the fact; that an aircraft they were handling was in fact in another controllers airspace.
Narrative: I was working the CKB Sector; which works aircraft FL310 through FL350. Often this sector is combined with the sector above; RAY which is FL360 and above. I had only been working for about 10 minutes. GEA flashed to hand off on an E145; at FL370; to me at CKB Sector. I took the hand off; forgetting I was not combined with RAY. GEA switched the aircraft to my frequency and it wasn't until the aircraft was about 10 miles into my airspace that I realized the aircraft should be being worked by RAY and on that frequency.
