Narrative:
Was training a cpc-it; weather had just moved in (again) and they decided to make this aircraft #1 to the airport. With the traffic coming behind; it was the correct decision. They issued an expedited descent to 4;000 (to keep him in the bravo) but when turned to the base leg and issued 3;000; the aircraft continued descending expeditiously and descended momentarily out of the bravo. By the time we caught that; we needed to turn the aircraft in to the final and were unable to issue the 'leaving/re-entering bravo' phraseology.
