Narrative:
Cleared to land 28L by cmh tower. 'Small transport' was cleared to land on runway 31, but was not advised to 'hold short of runway 28L.' small transport saw me coming down 28L just in time to hit his brakes and turn slightly left to prevent the collision. I was still moving at 90 KTS as I went by him. Runway 31 end crosses 28L; about 3000' from approach end of runway 28L. Collision would likely have occurred except for small transport actions. Near as I can remember: the small transport was cleared to land on 31 but was never advised to hold short of 28L on rollout.
