Narrative:
After aborting takeoff; while transitioning from an unplowed section of the runway to a plowed section; the airplane slid into the snow off the side of the runway; resulting in a cracked plastic nosewheel cover. As a result of removing the airplane from the snow or possibly from sliding off the runway; the plastic cover on the side of the elevator was also broken. I have two recommendations to improve safety: 1) encourage airport authorities to plow runways and taxiways completely and evenly; rather than partially. 2) raise awareness to pilots about dangers of uneven plowing.
