Narrative:
Climbing out of tus en route to lax on the published 'tucson two departure', abq center controller said: 'pop up target, 11 O'clock, 1 1/2 mi, no altitude.' my first officer spotted 2 fgt coming at us at our altitude, in a maneuvering condition. A second later, I spotted them turning sharply to their left which brought them parallel with us. Because we were climbing they were now below us. The #2 fgt was now banked beyond the 90 degree attitude and descending. When #2 passed under me I estimated him to be about 1000' below me. (This was later confirmed by abq center chief). Just as #2 began to pass under me, #1 (later idented as fgt, luke AFB) rolled horizontal (probably to look at/or for us), then rolled hard left and began descending. #2 fgt came back into view on my left and began to rejoin with the #1 airplane. Because of our climb and the fgt's descent, the profiles required no additional evasive action. From first sighting to disengage is estimated to be approximately 6 seconds.

Title: CLOSE PROX ACR-MLG 2 FGT ACFT.
Narrative: CLBING OUT OF TUS ENRTE TO LAX ON THE PUBLISHED 'TUCSON TWO DEP', ABQ CENTER CTLR SAID: 'POP UP TARGET, 11 O'CLOCK, 1 1/2 MI, NO ALT.' MY F/O SPOTTED 2 FGT COMING AT US AT OUR ALT, IN A MANEUVERING CONDITION. A SECOND LATER, I SPOTTED THEM TURNING SHARPLY TO THEIR L WHICH BROUGHT THEM PARALLEL WITH US. BECAUSE WE WERE CLBING THEY WERE NOW BELOW US. THE #2 FGT WAS NOW BANKED BEYOND THE 90 DEG ATTITUDE AND DSNDING. WHEN #2 PASSED UNDER ME I ESTIMATED HIM TO BE ABOUT 1000' BELOW ME. (THIS WAS LATER CONFIRMED BY ABQ CENTER CHIEF). JUST AS #2 BEGAN TO PASS UNDER ME, #1 (LATER IDENTED AS FGT, LUKE AFB) ROLLED HORIZ (PROBABLY TO LOOK AT/OR FOR US), THEN ROLLED HARD L AND BEGAN DSNDING. #2 FGT CAME BACK INTO VIEW ON MY L AND BEGAN TO REJOIN WITH THE #1 AIRPLANE. BECAUSE OF OUR CLB AND THE FGT'S DSCNT, THE PROFILES REQUIRED NO ADDITIONAL EVASIVE ACTION. FROM FIRST SIGHTING TO DISENGAGE IS ESTIMATED TO BE APPROX 6 SECONDS.
