Narrative:
While flying the oasis 5.bty SID out of las, I missed an MCA restriction. I was at about 8000' and climbing when I passed oasis intersection and turned to heading 260 degree. The MCA at oasis is 9500'. Departure control caught the error and gave me a corrective vector. Contributing, I fell, were the different graphic presentation on the commercial plate used for the MCA as opposed to the crossing restriction that immediately preceded it (las 7 DME at or below 7000). More importantly, the MCA was not mentioned in the textual description. Since the SID can legally be flown with only the text, I think this is a rather large oversight. I suggest that all crossing restrictions (including MCA's) have similar bold graphic symbology and that they all be included in the textual description as well.
