Narrative:
On taxi out; all systems tested normally; specifically; the efc's [electronic fuel control's]. On takeoff roll; at approx 40-60 KTS or approximately 10-15 seconds; the master caution illuminated in conjunction with both 'efc off' annunciators on the center annunciator panel. We aborted the takeoff and taxied clear of runway. Aircraft was operated in an efc off configuration back to FBO.

Title: BE400 First Officer experiences both 'EFC OFF' annunciators on the center annunciator panel during takeoff and rejects at 40-60 KTS. The aircraft was then operated in an EFC OFF configuration back to base.
