Narrative:
Odor on aircraft when APU bleed selected on. Maintenance opinion was that odor was caused by rain water mixed with fluid on side of plane were being brought into APU intake and causing odor. After engine start odor was less but still there. At take off odor became very strong; eyes nose and throat burned. Went on O2 and returned to field for overweight landing. Paramedics met crew and took to hospital for tests. On going odor problem with aircraft pack system.
