Narrative:
I cleared a aircraft Y for take off on runway 8L. I then instructed a C208 to cross runway 4R/left at taxiway east and hold short of runway 8L at taxiway G. For added emphasis; I then told the C208 to turn left on taxiway B after crossing runway 4L. The asde-X sounded and said that runway 8L was occupied. The C208 had crossed the hold short line at the intersection of runway 8L and taxiway east as the aircraft Y was rotating off of runway 8L. This event happened at night and the pilot may have missed the markings and signage that indicated that was approaching runway 8L. Maybe better signage to help pilots find taxiway B or better signage that would alert them that they are approaching a runway.
