Narrative:
After departing the pilot flying called for gear up. After several seconds elapsed a crew alert system showed on the multi function display as 'lg lever disagree' and all three gear indicators were red. The crew followed the QRH procedures and the landing gear remained in the down and locked position with three green gear indications. We changed our destination to our base airport and landed and taxied to the factory repair facility with no other problems.
