Narrative:
It was cold that morning so after checking the oil and fuel sumps we started the plane and then I started to finish my preflight, I didn't worry about the plane rolling because it was off the pavement in grass sloping away from the ramp so I untied the aircraft I noticed the last time I looked at the tach it was running around 6-700 RPM's. Everything was fine. The aircraft was untied, running, at low RPM, and was not moving. I turned my back for 30 seconds to a minute and the next thing was it was moving and was too late to act. My plane had rolled into another and damaged the left aileron and a part of the wing. I should never have been so careless. I didn't even think of the wind which helped cause this, my plane is so heavy I didn't think it would move. In the future I will be much more cautious around the aircraft and hope nothing like this happens again.
