Narrative:
Aaerial photo filming flight of 2 helicopters for 3 days, one ship the photo platform, my ship the subject ship. 3 days of aerial photo flts in penn, nj areas. Altitudes maintained above 300 ft. Flight was down beach over water, abeam venice, turned left to fly west, advised tower (who knows position) and as flying over homes to clear area (400-600 ft AGL), advised tower who then said could not approve (too late!). Tower said no problem-that's the way it is (referring to folks on ground) but approach control said phones rang off the hook! Flight in venice was last min decision. Was not aware of noise abatement program. I should have asked as I normally do, but allowed aaerial photographer to pressure me into flight direction, after 3 days of 'sitting on top' of him in effort to maintain some control over the program. Bad call on my part!
