Narrative:
I was captain on flight from sav to chs. Upon departure I was unable to move gear handle to up position. Company procedures followed and I proceeded to chs. T/D and rollout normal until I applied brakes to leave runway. No deceleration at all. Applied reverse thrust. Aircraft continued into overrun approximately 150'. No injuries and no aircraft damage.
