Narrative:
Supervisor was working radar controling about 6 aircraft. He was giving delay vectors to air carrier jet and allowed him to enter into mexican airspace west/O coordination with mexico (mazatlan center). It appeared he forgot about the aircraft until he penetrated mexican airspace. No deviation was reported, as required.

Title: CTLR COMPLAINT ABOUT SUPVR WORKING POSITION AND ALLOWING ACFT TO STRAY INTO MMZT AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD.
Narrative: SUPVR WAS WORKING RADAR CTLING ABOUT 6 ACFT. HE WAS GIVING DELAY VECTORS TO ACR JET AND ALLOWED HIM TO ENTER INTO MEXICAN AIRSPACE W/O COORD WITH MEXICO (MAZATLAN CENTER). IT APPEARED HE FORGOT ABOUT THE ACFT UNTIL HE PENETRATED MEXICAN AIRSPACE. NO DEVIATION WAS REPORTED, AS REQUIRED.
