Narrative:
People continually cross runway 2 without communication. Ground control visually spotted. Firehouse personnel responded names received and given to manager. To prevent need more visual stop signs indicating active runways, call ground control, etc. Fencing would help.

Narrative: PEOPLE CONTINUALLY CROSS RWY 2 WITHOUT COM. GND CTL VISUALLY SPOTTED. FIREHOUSE PERSONNEL RESPONDED NAMES RECEIVED AND GIVEN TO MGR. TO PREVENT NEED MORE VISUAL STOP SIGNS INDICATING ACTIVE RWYS, CALL GND CTL, ETC. FENCING WOULD HELP.
