Narrative:
On final flap retraction; received a le slat disagree EICAS message. Complied with all applicable checklists and procedures; burned off fuel in holding to comply with max landing gross weight. Returned for alternate flap extension 20 landing per QRH procedures with slats locked between 1 and 0. Declared an emergency shortly after indications; had emergency crew inspect our brakes for high temperatures after landing.

Title: A B757-200 EICAS alerted LE SLAT DISAGREE during the final flap retraction; so the QRH was completed; the flaps returned to 20; an emergency declared and the flight returned to the departure airport where a high brake temperature inspection was completed.
