Narrative:
A citation jet landed runway 33 I told him to turn right on runway 24 right on 'C' contact ground point 7. I then told ground to cross runway 33 at C3. I then cleared a saratoga for take off on runway 33. Ground already gave the citation the crossing; so when he saw the saratoga taking off he asked ground to confirm he can cross runway 33; at the time he was holding short off runway 33 on C3. The overhead air conditioner was loud at the time and ground and my instructor did not hear me give the clearance. Also if we can make intra-facility coordination on recorded line it would help that way we can confirm the crossings.
