Narrative:
We were behind another carrier. [They were] already passed the [runway 4R] ILS critical hold short. The other carrier took the runway and we were told to 'hold short the visual hold short line.' before we realized the visual hold short line is the same as the runway hold short line we had already crossed it. Instead of using the 'visual hold short line' just use 'hold short line.'
