Narrative:
While briefing the t-procedure for ewr runway 4L; we noticed that the ACARS procedure called for a right turn to 010 degrees. The company's procedure called for a left turn to 010 degrees. With a runway heading of 039 degrees the left turn makes sense.

Title: A Captain discovered his Company's EWR Runway 4L procedure called for a right turn to 010 after takeoff whereas the standard procedure calls for a more likely left turn.
Narrative: While briefing the T-procedure for EWR Runway 4L; we noticed that the ACARS procedure called for a right turn to 010 degrees. The Company's procedure called for a LEFT turn to 010 degrees. With a runway heading of 039 degrees the LEFT turn makes sense.
