Narrative:
Sector 12 handed small transport off to sector 10 at 15000' V64 trm-udd. Apparently the aircraft deviated south of course putting it 7 mi southwest of hemet. On V14 east of hemet, sector 10 owns 14000' and below, so they can descend their aircraft and hand them off to psp approach. Sector 10 did not advise sector 12 the aircraft had deviated south of course nor did they get control to descend the aircraft in sector 12's airspace.

Title: SMT DEVIATED OFF COURSE AND WAS DESCENDED BY CTLR INTO ANOTHER CTLR'S AIRSPACE.
Narrative: SECTOR 12 HANDED SMT OFF TO SECTOR 10 AT 15000' V64 TRM-UDD. APPARENTLY THE ACFT DEVIATED S OF COURSE PUTTING IT 7 MI SW OF HEMET. ON V14 E OF HEMET, SECTOR 10 OWNS 14000' AND BELOW, SO THEY CAN DSND THEIR ACFT AND HAND THEM OFF TO PSP APCH. SECTOR 10 DID NOT ADVISE SECTOR 12 THE ACFT HAD DEVIATED S OF COURSE NOR DID THEY GET CTL TO DSND THE ACFT IN SECTOR 12'S AIRSPACE.
