Narrative:
Upon returning from nassau, bahamas, customs brought to my attention (customs, fll) that I did not have my permanent registration in the aircraft--my temporary. Customs informed me was a rule violation. I informed them that the FAA had not sent my permanent card yet. Am I barred from using my plane because of FAA backlog??

Narrative: UPON RETURNING FROM NASSAU, BAHAMAS, CUSTOMS BROUGHT TO MY ATTN (CUSTOMS, FLL) THAT I DID NOT HAVE MY PERMANENT REGISTRATION IN THE ACFT--MY TEMPORARY.
