Narrative:
We were on ground control frequency and instructed to taxi out of the alley to runway 28ZV via taxiway a to F left on F to M left on M to runway 28ZV. At the intersection of a and F a refueling truck proceeded to cut in front of our aircraft causing me to stop the plane very quickly. We informed ground control of the truck number. After cutting us off; he almost cut off the approaching express jet that was taxiing on B. We continued taxiing without further incident. I suggest retraining of ground personnel to emphasize the need to yield to oncoming aircraft.

Narrative: We were on Ground Control frequency and instructed to taxi out of the alley to Runway 28ZV via taxiway A to F left on F to M left on M to Runway 28ZV. At the intersection of A and F a refueling truck proceeded to cut in front of our aircraft causing me to stop the plane very quickly. We informed Ground Control of the truck number.
