Narrative:
The aircraft was climbing off of stp. I climbed him to FL410 and he read back FL410. I shipped him to ZAU while he was still climbing. ZAU called asking if the aircraft was supposed to be climbing to FL430. I saw his limited climbing above FL410. I told him that he was given FL410. I believe it was pilot error.

Title: A ZAU Controller questioned a ZMP Controller after an aircraft just handed off overshot its cleared altitude of FL410 and leveled at FL430.
Narrative: The aircraft was climbing off of STP. I climbed him to FL410 and he read back FL410. I shipped him to ZAU while he was still climbing. ZAU called asking if the aircraft was supposed to be climbing to FL430. I saw his limited climbing above FL410. I told him that he was given FL410. I believe it was pilot error.
