Narrative:

We were cleared to land on runway 08L; then tower asked us if we had runway 08R in sight. I asked the captain if he had the runway in sight and if he was ok with switching runways and accepting a visual to runway 08R and he said yes. I advised the tower that we had the runway in sight and then accepted the visual to runway 08R and the clearance to land on that runway. I believe the captain said we will land on the right side; make a left and hold short of the left side. During the rollout we were told to take a left on lima and hold short of zulu. Turning left on lima 6; I believe the captain said 'turning left. Where is zulu?' I looked down at the airport diagram to look for zulu in relation to our current position. Just as I was about to tell the captain where we needed to go; I heard the tower say very firmly 'stop; stop; stop!' I looked up to see a large private jet at our 11 o'clock position about 200 ft away and about 50 ft of the runway taking off! The captain stopped our aircraft and I looked to our left and realized that we were on runway 08L an active runway! After the aircraft taking off passed by the tower told us to cross runway 08L and take a left on kilo. Turning left on kilo I asked if we were to taxi to the FBO with him or contact ground? We were told to contact ground on 121.8. Contacting ground were told to taxi to the FBO. After parking we were given the phone number to contact ATC for a possible pilot deviation. I suggest that while taxiing the aircraft; both pilots always be heads up actively looking outside the aircraft. I do not plan on being heads down in the aircraft while it is moving ever again! I do not plan on performing checklists or first flight checks or inputting FMS changes while the aircraft is moving ever again! I have had to stop captains from making taxi mistakes too many times to ever take a 'simple' procedure like this for granted ever again! I apologize in advance for any problems this may create in the future.

Title: A landing HS-125 crew was issued a taxiway exit clearance with a hold short of the parallel runway; but incurred the parallel so an aircraft taking off went nearly overhead.
