Narrative:

During routine tire pressure checks; I noticed that most or all or the tire pressure gauges in (sta) are reading 20-30 psi high or low. The calibration process seems to be failing and possibly resulting in grossly over/under serviced aircraft tires. Rarely do we have a correct reading tire gauge as checked on master regulator near tool room. Also the master regulator calibration is subject to fault issues per tool room personnel.
