Narrative:
Manual controller did not complete all coordination on howard MOA with chicago center. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: the reporter stated she could not remember any details of the incident, except that she had heard 'ZAU ran an aircraft through the howard MOA while the airspace was hot.'

Title: ACFT PENETRATED A HOT MOA.
Narrative: MANUAL CTLR DID NOT COMPLETE ALL COORD ON HOWARD MOA WITH CHICAGO CENTER. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: THE RPTR STATED SHE COULD NOT REMEMBER ANY DETAILS OF THE INCIDENT, EXCEPT THAT SHE HAD HEARD 'ZAU RAN AN ACFT THROUGH THE HOWARD MOA WHILE THE AIRSPACE WAS HOT.'
